Dreams…
I’ve been having sort of a recurring dream for months.
Anyone out there knows how to interpret dreams?

Don’t diet blindly. Read these first…~
Okie, I know I haven’t been writing much lately. It’s that time of the year again, Ramadhan. The holy fasting month for us Muslims. It’s already the 2nd day now and so far so good. Have been keeping it as healthy as possible. Both a whole bunch of healthy stuffs from the supermarket the other day.
As for yoga, well, I have to admit I have been slacking. I had this plan to do yoga every morning before having my pre-dawn meal. Which basically means I have to get up at 3.30am. Highly impossible as I don’t get to bed until 2am. I have no idea why, yoga doesn’t seem to improve my insomnia by the way.
Apart from that, I am still trying to figure out which asanas would be appropriate during this fasting month. Bikram is definitely out, not unless I do it after breaking my fast. But they only have that on weekends morning. BUMMER!
I can say I am really missing yoga. But the change in sleep pattern is really tiring me out. I just don’t feel up for yoga. Apart from that, I am also trying to maintain my weight-loss. I’ve loss 5kg so far and I’m soooo scared on gaining it all back. Hence the diet going on hyper-drive. I’m also thinking of doing in-line skating again. But whennnnnn….?? Exactly. Maybe about 2 hours before breaking fast? I would have to endure 2 hours of working out and not drinking though. Would that be an ideal time to workout? Is it even a good idea? :/
Beautiful affirmations to strengthen your Chakras.
Spend 5 minutes reading through thisbeautiful mantra and love yourself <3
Keeping to the diet, Ramadan Special. Day 1: Egg-fried sandwich with Avocado and Tomato + Berries with Peanut Butter. Can this last me through the day? Insyallah, it can. Happy Fasting everyone…!
For years we have been bombarded with clear cut, fixed and seemingly inflexible health advice dispensed by experts who claimed that there was only one, right way to be healthy. So let’s explore the changing world of being healthy with the top 10 health rules you shouldn’t hesitate to break!
I lost 5kg. Yeayness…! Just another 7kg more before I’m back to my original weight. Not my Goal Weight though…~
Yesterday, I book a mat for 2 classes, Hot Yoga Basics and Monster Hot (which is basically Bikram). HYB was at 9am while MH was at 10.30. A girlfriend of mine, Arina, was suppose to join me for MH. It would have been her first yoga class ever. But the poor girl overslept (her sister just got engaged the day before) so she asked if she could go for the later class. Sure, why not right? It’s just Yoga Power. Well, I can’t possibly let her go for her first class ever on her own. So I went with her.
So, I did 3hours and 30mins worth of yoga yesterday and I also had to work in the evening at Songs of the Sea. Performing. Yes.
I slept like a baby last night, and I woke up feeling so refreshed…but my legs are aching all over. Hahahaha…..!~
Its a good kind of aching…
I get super cranky when I don’t get to practice yoga.
Do you?
